ReserveBee is a powerful and user-friendly online reservation system, specifically developed for businesses that offer appointments, rentals, or activities. Whether it is renting a sports field, booking a meeting room, or scheduling an activity: the platform makes managing bookings, payments, and real-time availability easier than ever.

At Devepoling, we developed ReserveBee as a scalable and modern alternative to standard reservation tools. With a strong focus on ease of use for both the business owner and the end customer, the system offers the flexibility needed across a wide range of sectors.

The heart of ReserveBee revolves around maximum freedom for the business owner.

• Through the platform, you easily configure reservable objects. Per object, you set the opening hours, the reservation period, and any variants with their own price or duration.
• Multiple objects can be grouped into bundles, with the availability of individual objects being updated automatically.
• Customers book via a personalised booking page that fully matches the business owner's branding, including a custom subdomain, colours, and logo. The page is SEO-optimised and works flawlessly on any device. Payments are processed directly and invoices are created automatically.

The technical puzzle: two worlds, one system

ReserveBee serves two target groups with fundamentally different needs. The business owner needs a powerful and clear management panel to manage bookings, customers, and settings. The end customer, on the other hand, wants a fast, intuitive, and frictionless booking experience.

The task for Devepoling was to build an optimal experience for both groups within one cohesive, secure, and maintainable system prepared for further growth.

The power of Laravel, Filament, and Livewire

The entire application is built on Laravel, providing a stable and scalable architecture. Laravel handles all central logic: from the complex availability calculations to payment processing and automatic notifications.

For the management portal, we chose Filament, an advanced admin panel that runs on top of Laravel. This allows business owners to manage their entire offering without any technical knowledge. The result is a professional, fast management environment that significantly reduces administrative burden.

The customer portal was built with Livewire. With it, we built interactive and dynamic booking flows without the complexity of a separate JavaScript framework. Customers select a date and time slot, add options, and check out in one smooth motion, without the page needing to reload. This creates a modern, app-like experience in the browser.

With ReserveBee, business owners have their hands free. The system takes the entire booking administration off their plate: from keeping the schedule to handling payments. This not only saves time but also lowers the barrier for customers to make a booking.
